First put the bottle preform into the four mould cavities, The bottle blank part is heated and softened by irradiation of infrared high-temperature lamps, and the bottle mouth part is maintained in shape through a cooling device. Then, after the mold is closed, the gas circuit system fills the bottle preform with high-pressure gas. The bottle preform expands under the action of high-pressure gas, close to the inner wall of the mold cavity, forming a bottle with the same shape as the mold cavity. Finally, after cooling and molding, open the mold and take out the finished bottle.
